Service Desk - Email notification cycle

Please tell me the mail notification cycle (time) when changing the status or entering a comment.

See attached file.
→Status change and comment input are notified together

I expected to be emailed by action.

But The following email was received
・Email status changes and comments together.
・Email status changes and comments separately.
So I thought there was an action monitoring cycle.

Hi @z027827 

If multiple actions take place of a request in a short period of time Jira groups the email notifications together. So in your example this is correct. The ticket status changed and the agent commented within a few seconds or minutes of each other. 

The idea behind this is so you are not bombarded with email notifications every time something changes on a ticket request.
