Service Desk Captcha problem

Hello.
I would like to use Service Desk API to create a custom widget, which would receive requests from users without authentication. However, when I make a request to our Service Desk project, I get the error message that says: "We couldn't verify that you're not a robot. Try sending the request again."

Is it possible to turn off the captcha for created Service Desk project?
