Separar fila de atendimentos

Bom dia tudo certo? Estou com uma duvida onde não acho em lugar nenhum sobre eu consigo separar por fila os usuários do Jira , um exemplo "Joao da suporte as filas n1, Pedro só as N2" gostaria de saber se é possível separar essas filas, para que cada um receba apenas os respectivos chamados de atendimento e que vejam só as suas filas , separar por grupos de atendimentos.
