I'm using Forms in Jira Service Management project to create issues. Forms are linked to request types and becomes a part of an issue description. In my project I need to make an approval step in which Approvers need to see all the Description (including Form from the Issue) to approve it. How can I add Forms to customer notification by email? Or is it possible to view request form in Service Management Portal only?

As I understand, you need to share forms externally?

You can achieve this by combining automation with Smart Jira Forms.

It's not exactly what I need.
I need to send the entire completed form in an automatic email notification to user. Not just sharing.
Is it possible without using additional apps?
