I have an automation that if a topic goes to status "solved" for 5 days the system will change the status from "solved" -> "Closed" And it will send out a messeage to the customer that the topic is closed.
The automation works fine!
But in this case we will have both intern and extern supportcases but i only want the message to be sent to the customers outside the company.
How do i set up this automation?

If you create an internal organization for your own company, you can use the following condition:
Where "ACME Test organization" would actually be your own company.
