In the Manage Subscriptions section, I can see I am at the max Agents count for a free plan. Funny thing is as many view and filters I go through, I can't find a way to see who the agents are. I can see users and customers easily enough. Any help? Thanks.Agents.png

Hi @Werner Schott ,

A quick way could be to go to "User Management" and then filter on

  • "has site access"
  • Product = Jira Service management

That should list the active users that have application access for JSM

Sorry; you meant User Management under https://admin.atlassian.com/?

Yes you did. Thanks.
