Scriptrunner Behaviours - depending of Service Desk "Request Types" dont work


I have tried to hide a custom field from "the agent console" when the agent is editing the ticket and with a restriction on "Request types".

Hiding from the project/request type works fine, but when i try with a "Use Service Desk" mapping, the hiding does not work.

I have tried several solutions that i have found in different posts with the initializer, but it does not work.

The field that seems to correspond to Request Type is "Customer Request Type".

My goal is to hide or display the attributes in the screens for some types of requests by retrieving the value of this and creating a condition, so as not to display the useless attributes for some types.

What is the easiest way?
