Hi @Даниил , do you mean that you wanted your responses to the customer to include the public comment history (quoted/threaded messaging)? Or do you mean you need access to old emails? The former is a suggestion that is in progress of being developed and I suspect we will see this in a few months and certainly this year. If you need immediately then you will need to consider and addon app. I use JETI for this but there are other solutions like JEMH.
