When selecting the link for the Satisfaction report, nothing happens. The url does pop up in the browser window but it never resolveds It just spins. Tried a background re-index and a system re-index and did not fix the issue. No errors in log. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
which browser are you using? Are other Team items loading like Workload?
@apanda17 check if the feature is turned on; if it is off it will not load a report.
