Same Fields Managed and Locked in different Languages

In our JSD we hav for e.q the field request participants(Managed) and one field in Request Participants(Locked) with an other Language. This brings the Problem when i would like to mention a request participant in the Manged field its not Possible but mails working when i change the field on to the managed field mention works but mail not. Hey Heiko, 

Depending on your configuration, you should preferably just stick to a single field but have it translated if the user's profile language changes. To do that, click on the gear wheel icon at the right side of the field (the Managed request participants field in this case), and select "Translation". Set the translation accordingly, and make sure the field is associated to the correct request forms/screens. 

As for the mentions not working, that needs to be investigated further as the Request Participants field should work for both mentions, and for sending notifications out.
