First time new users open our portal, they need to fill in their e-mail address and choose "Login in using SSO".
From then on it works perfectly.
But is it possible to have it work without the initial logon?
Reason: our users switch between browsers and it needs to be done once with each new browser. And helpdesk are a bit tired of complaints that links in mails "don't work" - just because the user hasn't opened the portal yet.
Can't seem to find any documentation on this - did I miss it?
