Hello,
My company is using Jira Service Management 4.15.0. The implementation is in Windows Server 2016.
Could you please tell me the steps for installing SSL Certificate?
Thank you in advance,
Aggeliki Karagioule
What are you trying to do with this installation of an SSL certificate?
Are you trying to get Jira to connect to a certificate-protected site, or are you trying to get Jira to run over https?

Ok, so what method are you using?
Putting a proxy in front of it to front-load the SSL, or SSL securing the core Tomcat? (There are other routes, those are just the two standard ones people tend to use and are well documented)

Ok, which part of https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-938847764.html have you done differently?

I have forwarded the above link to my colleague in charge of ssl certificate installation and waiting for their feedback.
Thank you
