SOS email notification just stopped working

I have had no issues with Jira SOS auto notifications until about a month ago - and they just stopped working.  I have read all the articles, tried all the resolutions that I am able to try on my own with no results.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.  I am currently not receiving any email when tickets are logged and assigned to me, or when they are resolved - nothing at all.

There was a bounce on your email address that was probably the cause that you are not receiving notifications:

550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: …

I removed this bounce and it should work again.

Please, take your time to test and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you SO much - I just received two email messages from Jira SOS - so it looks like the problem was resolved.
