SLA updates or edit issue

I have updated my service desk SLAs and I get this.  I have done this before and I have never seen this.  All configs are okay.

Just need to wait. It takes time for the instance to recalculate the SLA's after you change them.

If you changed the SLA's then this will happen and based on the load on the system it could take a few minutes.

Yes, this is true, I see the tickets updating.
