SLA service time value

Good morning, there was a demand here where I need to present in a field the time that a call took to be answered, is there any function or native field of the jira? do you have any guidance on how it can be done?

If you are literally talking about a phone call then no there is no OOTB solution. However, manually the agent can reply (comment) to the customer and that can be used for Time to First Response.
