SLA do not start after pause

I have three condition when start SLA:

- Create issue
- Change to status A
- Change to status B

and one pause condition:
- Change to status C

 

Issue is created SLA was started -> issue was changed to status C SLA was paused -> issue was changed to status B SLA WAS NOT STARTED AGAIN why???

Hi @Anna Arczynska 

A simple check first!

When you move an Issue from a paused Status, to a countdown Status, it doesn't change the icon until you refresh the page - if you move it to Status B and refresh the page, does it start counting down again?

If this is not the issue, could you provide us a screenshot of your SLA? I just replicated this in my Jira instance, and it worked correctly.

Thank you for the answar. I found the problem it was about the working hours :/ everuthing was on pause.
