SLA dependent Automation rule is not being triggered

I have a custom SLA to close an issue automatically after 1 day if the status "Çözüldü" is reached.

SLA timer works properly, but the automation rule is not. I set the SLA timer to 1min to test it:

This is my workflow diagram, SLA starts running on the "ÇÖZÜLDÜ" state and I expect my automation rule to trigger "Otomatik Kapat(admin)" transition when SLA time breached.

I found the problem:

There was a condition rule on "Otomatik Kapat" transition to hide that transition from users, I removed that condition and it is working now. But I still think it's a bug
