SLA - Time to resolve did not update

One of my ticket did not have a time to resolve and as I checked it, the start condition was not met. I updated the SLA condition but the "time to resolve" of this specific ticket did not update/show.

Welcome to the community.  Can you provide additional information on what you mean by "the start condition was not met"?.  In addition, please provide your SLA setup to allow us to review further and provide you with our suggestions.
