Hi Guys

how can i stop sla on holidays and outside working hours ?

 

example  all 23 april    or  between  27 october - 29 october

This is managed through the SLA calendar. When you're setting up your SLAs you will see the option to select your calendar.

CMP - create-a-new-calendar 

TMP - create-a-new-sla-calendar-in-team-managed-service-projects
