Hi, We currently are utilizing Jira Service Management as a help desk solution through the cloud. We are trying to locate a gadget that will show us the SLA's met and SLA's Missed. All we can find is a gadget that shows SLA's missed. Is there a way to create a gadget on our dashboard for this use?
