SLA Reporting Past 4 weeks/Month

Hi,

I've created a couple of SLAs and would like to report on/create a filter on the breaches over the past month/4 weeks etc but it only seems to allow for End of Day, Start of Day, StartofMonth etc.

I have the following already as a filter but I want the past 4 weeks and can't for the life of me figure it out!

"New-Acknowledged (SW)" = breached() AND created > startOfMonth()

Hi @Anna Ridley,

You're close, but need a little adjustment to get to the exact point where you would like to be. You can simply extend the syntax you already have by adding a relative number of days, weeks, months ... in the past or the future between the brackets of your StartOf...() function.

If you simply change your filter to:

created >= StartOfWeek(-4)

 Jira will count back to 4 weeks before the start of the current week. The same goes for days and months, so you can flexibly choose whatever suits your use case best.
