Restricción de permisos para asignar incidencias o tickets

Quisiera saber si es posible y de que forma se puede configurar la opción de restringir a 1 o 2 personas el permiso de asignación de incidiencias, actualmente esta función la tiene todo aquel que este dentro del proyecto, pero quisiera poder conceder ese permiso a solo un agente ¿Esto es posible? Podrian por favor ayudarme.

Hola @Ash Montaño

Lamentablemente, no es posible. La opción de restringir la asignación es con los permisos "assigble user". Pero eso restringe a todos los tickets.
