Hi community.
Is possible to reset the SLA in one issue? Can I restart the SLA in the issues?
And if is possible, how can I do? Can I reset by groovy?
Thank's.
Hi @Eduard Diez ,
SLA is something that starts when a specific event happens at issue level so you can't restart.
If you change the start condition, JIRA will automatically recalculate it for issue basis and using the original event condition.
A possible solution is to set a specific status (eg Reset SLA), add it to Start condition of your SLA eand moving issues to reset to that specific status. This condition will allow JIRA to start again your SLA. I don't know if this is a possible solution for you but, in my opinion, is the only way to do that.
Regards,
Fabio
