Required field on form showing error before any information is entered

I have been using forms in JSM for years but all of a sudden, they started showing a field that is required with an error before any information is even submitted.  This has never happened before and it does even happen on all required fields, it's just a random field.  I've attached a screen shot of a few of my forms.   Is this happening to anyone else?  It appears to be on fields that follow a "always show" section but I have other forms with this same scenario that it doesn't happen to.

Hi Colleen,

I have started to see this show up in my instance as well. Not sure what is causing it. Probably best to open a support ticket for Atlassian to comment on.

This is something new to me and I don't see this problem in our env (hopefully it not going to happen).  I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for their assistance and attention on this issue in your portal UI submission.

Are you also using FORM inclusion in your Request Type configuration?
