I have a Jira Service desk project that our team created, and we have the approvers field which is required.
When a user starts typing a name, it doesn't populate with any results. I'm unsure where it populates users from (We'd love to have it populate from Okta).
Alternatively, how can we make the field not required?
My apologies for the elementary questions, I'm not that experienced with Jira / Jira Service Desk.
