We are using JIRA next-gen and I would like to be able to report what medium our clients use to create our tickets, eg. email, directly through the portal, somebody else on their behalf. Is there a way to export this data, please? I can see it once I open each ticket but this way I am not able to build any statistics.
Additionally, is there a way to report on ticket status transfer? Eg. Tickets from the status new moved after to the status clarification needed. This way I am trying to establish how clear the issue description in the tickets is for us to proceed directly with the troubleshooting.
