Last week, I was able to edit the Reporter field within a ticket and update the Reporter. I often submit tickets via email on behalf of a user and have to be able to assign it over to them as the Reporter.
On Monday, the ability to edit the Reporter to an JIRA user went away. The only available user is Anonymous. Does anyone know what may have happened?
Hi @a.predun , that's strange. Can you set reporters and assignees when you're creating tickets from scratch?
Also, can you try to change the reporter from filters-> select filter with issues you want to update-> Select issues you want to update-> Bulk change-> Edit issues-> Change Reporter ? Does that work?
