I would like to look at how our support volume has changed over the past 24 or 36 months. Is there a way to do this?
@David Finlayson there is a build in gadget that contains similar information but i do not know if it is grouped monthly

Thanks. After I posted, there was a helpful link to another post that showed how to get what I wanted from a dashboard widget. Odd way to do it, but it worked for my purposes.
