Report of a person who assign issues to assignee

Greetings 

I want to find out if its possible to have a report of a person who assign an issue to assignee. 

I have a group of service desk agents and they assign issues to person who need to work on it, so i want to see who assign most issue amongst them.  

Is the a report like that in Jira Cloud?

While you can find this within a specific issue’s history you cannot create a report for the same.
