Is there a way to get a report on how many customers have created/signed up for a customer account in JIRA Service Desk over a period of time?
E.g. 17 Customers created a user account in September.
Ideally the report would return the user name, email address and date they signed up.
Hello Kara,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I searched for similar issues and add-ons, but I'm afraid to say that there is no workaround to create a report with the information you need.
There is a similar feature in Atlassian access, but it shows information about internal users and not customers.
With this said, since there are no features suggesting the implementation of this type of report, I would suggest you create a feature request on jira.atlassian.com (project JSDCLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
Regards,
Angélica
