Is there a possibility to send a reply to sender for not imported mail(addresses)?
Our Jira Service Management is password protected and only by us registered user can create tickets.
A second option to create tickets is by mail. But only (by us) registered mail sender (mail address) will be imported. Nonregistered mail addresses wasn’t be imported. That is correct for us.
But is there an option to inform non imported mails for example: "Hey, you are not registered for support..."

When a customer sends an email but doesn’t have an account on the site, the only way to view it is directly through the mail logs where it shows “Signup is not currently available”.
Currently, there are no notifications for the customer or agents/admins when it happens.
