Hi, We have a client who has changed their email address domain name and I was wondering if there are any simple ways to modify customers addresses. I know we can edit and it will change any future issues created, But is there a way to modify all past existing issues with their new email as well?

When it comes to the customer’s email address, currently there are no options for the admin or the customer to make such change.
There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

For now, as a workaround, you can create a new account and bulk change the reporter of the issues from the old to the new account, but it will not be possible, for example, to move the comments.
Another workaround is to use an Atlassian account as mentioned on this ticket, but then the customer will be listed as a user instead of a portal-only account.
