Reordering request types in Next Gen Service Desk UI

How can I reorder my request types as they appear on the customer portal?

Hello Nathan,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using a next-gen project, currently, it's not possible to reorder the Request types. It will be ordered by created date and on the top will show the request types created by the user and then it will show the ones created by the system.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
