in the help centre portal,
When filtering for tickets, the status field has a list of all the field options.
We only use 2-3 of these options, The others are not required and i would like to know how do i remove them from the list?
Can anyone help?
Click on 3 dots at the right side and select 'Manage Columns'
Then you can remove the status column to be filtered.
