How can I remove portal-only external access to Jira Service Management. I am using the cloud version.
So far I have not been able to find the relevant documentation for the version I am using.
Checked these documents to far, with no luck.

Just to clarify, are you looking to remove the "portal-only" roles, or a users account who has access to the Jira portals as a "customer"?
