Remove / Deactivate subscription product

Hi!!!
It may be an absurd question but how do I remove a product from our subscription  product list? Let me explain, we had to renew the licenses and a little less than a month ago, I installed a product to try the free version and do some tests and now, when requesting the quote, since the requested products do not match the installed ones, I have to remove the activated product less than a month ago so that there are no financial issues.
I have gone to the administration console to the products part and I have clicked delete but on the next screen the delete button does not appear,
I have to remove it from another place or where do I have to deactivate/delete it to be able to request the quote invoice?

HI @Andrea Dieguez 

You need to deactivate and remove the app on the Atlassian product you are using it.

So if you installed an app on Jira to try, disable it and remove it in Jira. Then it should auto disappear from your product list.

Thanks!!! I was doing from the admin console not from the Jira - manage apps (Face-palm emoji would suit here). 

I have already uninstall from there and now is already in grey color in the admin console so thank you!!
