Hello guys.
We're setting a Jira-slack integration to send a message on a Slack channel when a JQL filter gets validated.
The question is about the notification itself. We want the notification to show the @ of the user that created the ticket, but not everyone is getting the 'mention' as you can see in the image.
I didn't find articles or documents about it and we are not sure if it's something related to the customer profile that we can ask them to adjust. That's why we need to know how this works because some of then has a atlassian account (JSM customer only) and shows the mention, and others don't.
