I have "refer back' transition coming from different statuses to 'pending with customer' status. when customer comments the status should auto - change from 'pending with requester' to their respective statuses from where they have referred back. How this can be done in JSM?

If I have understood correctly, you want to transition the issue based on the customer making a comment.

You can use it as a basis to get started / modify it for your use case.
