Hello community! I have a question
We have email A and email B.
A is connected to JSD Project as Incoming email and working good.
We want make a redirection of messages from email B (which is now used for other service) to email A so messages from email B will register as requests through email A.
Will it work and what issues could be? Thanks a lot in advance
Hi @Danylo Borodai , how are you "redirecting"? The trick here is ensuring that the "from" address is associated with the end customer and not a forwarding address. At least if your intentions are to maintain the customer as the reporter.

Is the second email already well established with customers? If not consider using the default Atlassian provided email as the secondary.

Second email is working as incoming email for few month now and works well. We don't use Atlassian provided but our custom one
