We are currently working with Freshdesk and are thinking about switching to Jira.
Currently we can define "recurring answers" and then invite them in the editor in the "Reply to customers" section.
Very often there is the same answer or we create project tickets where we ask for access data or other things.
So like the subject says we need to be able to insert a text into the answer field in a ticket with 2 clicks.
Is that somehow possible?
