Receber avaliação de satisfação do chamado via comentario quando o chamado for resolvido.

Alguem sabe informar se é possivel adicionar a opção de avaliação de satisfação do chamado na tela do canal de suporte?

Tipo: tem como deixar como uma mensagem automática, pra quando o chamado for resolvido, automaticamente chegar uma mensagem para o cliente via comentário para ele avaliar e colocar a sua satisfação, pelo o próprio comentário sem precisar sair da pagina do chamado?

Hi @Jeferson Barros 

If I understand your request, you are wanting to be able to have users in the customer role use the customer portal for leaving CSAT survey results.  This is not currently possible, but there is a feature request for this over in JSDCLOUD-8055.  I would recommend watching and voting for that request if this accurately reflects your ask here.
