We are trying to implement ticketing system in Jira service Management. When people are sending email for raising request, it automatically suppressing there mail id. So people are not able to get reply from Jira. How to Avoid that mails are getting Suppressed, It will affect our flow. And also let me know how to reactivate suppressed mail.
