Hello everybody,
we just got feedback from a customer.
They need different permissions for the customer profiles:
read only accounts
comment, resolve but not create
full customer permissions (Create, comment, resolve)
Is there a way to do this?
Important for us is, the default customer profile should still be able to create, comment and resolve

@Dennis Rünzler you could get a new role created e.g. "Read only" or "Commenter" (a Jira admin will need to do this), then from your JSM project settings>People assign that role to the required people, and under JSM project settings>Permissions assign that role to "Browse Project", "Resolve Issues", and "Add Comments"
