I am trying to remove the old clients so they won't appear in Raise this request on behalf of section when creating a ticket.
I've deleted the users from DIRECTORY - CUSTOMERS section but when I go to create a new ticket, those deleted clients names still appear there.
Could you please advise ?
Welcome @Fadil Misel , best practise is to deactivate the users. You would need to navigate to user management and deactivate your clients from there.
