Hi!
I am trying to bulk import tickets through JIRA External system import using CSV import.
The problem is that the "Channel" source field on the imported tickets is marked as "Unknown". Otherwise it would be email, JIRA or Portal. Is there any attribute for defining in the CSV the way how the ticket was created rather than "unknown"?
Or lets say if the channel would be "portal" for imported tickets can these users who are defined as "reporter" afterwards see these imported tickets from self service under "My requests" or it wouldnt still work in this way?

I would think that you could map your import field to “request-channel-type”. If that option is not available then I would suggest importing in phases (email, portal, etc) and use bulk edit to change this.
