I have Both Service and Software Project created with me , however i need to automatically create issues in Software Project once an ticket is created in service desk project through an email.
Please provide an input ASAP

you can use Jira automation functionality for this scenario - create automation rule, which will react on issue creation in JSM project and which creates copy of the issue in JSW project.
