Question about linking tickets from Service management to Software Projects ISSUES

Please let know if below is possible


I have Both Service and Software Project created with me , however i need to automatically create issues in Software Project once an ticket is created in service desk project through an email.

Please provide an input ASAP

Hi @Keerthana P ,

you can use Jira automation functionality for this scenario - create automation rule, which will react on issue creation in JSM project and which creates copy of the issue in JSW project.
