Public Dashboard - I can create, but it is blank for external users

Hi, I am able to create public dashboards no problem. Also, I've made sure that the filters that feed the dashboard are listed as public as well. However, when an external user accesses the link, they only see the title of the dashboard with no content. See image.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

The image is a bit odd for sure. With dashboards you need to share them which it appears you have. You also need to share any underlying filter so please check this. Finally pleas ask others to use a different browser and/or clear cache.

Yeah, it's strange. The dashboard and filter are both set to public. I tried opening the dashboard in Incognito mode...and also in another browser...no content.

Odd. Sure seems like a browser issue or bug.
