A team member by accident deleted a Jira Service Management Project from our account, with all the tickets and history :(, we haven't been able to recover it.
I just reviewed this topic on the forum but I cannot see the deleted project in the project's section trash bin as suggested in the forum's thread.. We would really appreciate if you could help us to recover this information that it is valuable to us, we have some legal tickets that are mandatory for us to keep so it's crucial for us to recover this ASAP.
The project name was under "CATI - Centro de Asistencia de TI".
Please, pleaseeee help us!
