I'm looking to implement tracking, measurement and reporting for different stages of the project lifecycle. Examples of to-be calcs are below. Can someone pls recommend JIRA plug-ins which would be best suited? Thank you in advance!!!
1. Requirements Gathering Schedule Variance – Difference in planned requirements completion date versus actual completion date
2. Requirements Stability Index: Measure the stability of requirements across different phases of the project lifecycle
3. Scope Change Mgmt: Process to formally assess, approve, and track the number and impact of scope changes
4. Dev/QA Schedule Variance – Difference in planned software development & QA completion date versus actual completion date
5. Milestone Schedule Variance - Difference in planned project activities (approvals, documentation, and other non-dev activities) completion dates versus actual completion dates
6. Overall Project Schedule Variance - Difference in planned requirements completion date versus actual completion date
7. Project Quality Variance – Metrics to track pre & post-production bugs for each project

It looks like you have custom reports that you are looking for so you need a flexible reporting tool. Therefore, I would recommend eazyBI ( @eazyBI Support ). You can create pretty much any type of report and their support is great.
