I have a certain problem, when the customer creates a new one my team is not receiving the notification by email that I am trying to edit. When I try to put another email, this error message appears to me: We were unable to verify the domain claim because you are not an organization administrator. DKIM validation failed for this domain. Does anyone know what may be happening?

When it comes to agent notification, by default, the notification for Issue Created is set to be delivered to All Watchers, Current Assignee, Reporter, but it's possible to edit the scheme and add a group or a role, so your team would receive the notification.
You can find this option on Project settings > Notifications (Classic) or Project settings > Notifications > Internal notifications (Next-gen).

In order to change the notification email address, it's necessary to verify the domain. For more details and the steps for that, please check the documentation below:
